First : Complaints related to violations of licenses and operation can be communicated with (Tahakom – the unified system of government violations) via 920014914.

Second : See the Regulations for the customers protection via the (regulations and regulations) icon on the website of the Public Transport Authority on the link.

Third : Complaints regarding the operators of railways must be submitted to the concerned operator to obtain a reference number according to his records. If you didn’t receive the appropriate response from the operator, you can contact the Customer Protection Department by filling out the following form.
